Scheduling Coordinator

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator to join our Dover, NJ office. As an Associate for BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our Client Service Managers, Clinical Managers, and Directors to gain valuable insight and experience in the home health care industry.

As a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator your day may look like this

• Participating in team meetings.
• Performing general administrative duties including answering phones and emails.
• Focused on assisting the manager in delivering and coordinating client services.
• You'll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to take ownership, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Creative and flexible with the ability to take initiative
• Willing to work in an "all hands on deck" environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with employees at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Interest in the healthcare industry
• Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English & Spanish is a MUST.

Base Salary: $45,000–$50,000 / year depending on qualifications
