Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. evenings Monday Wednesday and Friday 4-8

The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth office management, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • answer calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
  • Experience in medical especially chiropractic field perfered
  • Strong computer skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for this role
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills is necessary for document accuracy.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
