Sales Manager - IT & Telecom Staffing
Location: United States (Preferably Plano, TX)
Full-Time | Business Development Focus
About Startech Networks:
Startech Networks is a leading engineering and technology services provider supporting major telecom and IT clients globally. We specialize in delivering end-to-end staffing, network engineering, and managed solutions across the IT and Telecom ecosystem.
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to expand Startech Networks' presence in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is a hunter with a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and secure new client logos within the IT and Telecom sectors.
- Clearly articulate and promote Startech Networks' vision, value proposition, and service offerings.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, providing regular reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the recruiting and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagement and service delivery.
- Share market intelligence and client feedback with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Represent Startech Networks at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, staffing, IT services, or consulting (IT & Telecom focus preferred).
- Demonstrated success in closing new business and expanding enterprise accounts.
- Strong professional network across IT and Technology leadership circles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
