**Job Title: Home Health Aide**

**Job Summary:**

Join our team as a Home Health Aide and make a meaningful impact by providing essential care and support to individuals in need. As a Home Health or Hospice Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals in their home environment, ensuring their well-being and comfort.

**Duties:**

  • Provide compassionate care to individuals within their homes

  • Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing

  • Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the health and safety of patients

  • Maintain a clean and organized living space for patients

  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality

  • Document medical information accurately and efficiently

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care

**Experience:**

  • Prior experience in caregiving or home community care preferred

  • Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical documentation

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans accurately

**Skills:**

  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

  • Experience in home community care

  • Proficient in caregiving techniques

  • Ability to monitor vital signs effectively

  • Familiarity with medical documentation practices

  • Commitment to maintaining a clean environment for patients
