Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Order Management Specialist is responsible for organizing all logistics surrounding the shipment of goods to retail outlets, distribution centers and consumers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between customer service and warehouse personnel to efficiently release and assign orders to be processed and shipped per customer requirements.
  • Monitors the status of customer orders, to include tracking shipments through verified delivery.
  • Aid in shipping and handle all documentation related to shipping activities, to include, but not limited to, domestic shipments and imports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proficient personal computer skills.
  • Excels in time management, multi-tasking and balancing multiple requests at one time.
  • Demonstrates the ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require; rotate to other department functions as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, & ability to work effectively with tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across functions.

Other Job Demands:

  • Some overtime and Saturdays may be required.
  • Willing and able to work in a hot and cold warehouse environment.
