AI Product Analyst
Location -Remote
Assist the product owner in gathering and documenting requirements.
Define and review functional requirements for the Al product's front end and back end.
Assist data science team in preparing source document for Al models.
* Anonymising documents.
* Document labelling.
* Capturing the document content into structured output.
Analyse LLM/model outputs and validate against ground truth for chatbot accuracy.
Evaluate / analyze model accuracy in relation to business /functional factors through manual testing
Iterate taking feedback to the business and helping guide updates to improve accuracy (delivery)

General understanding of Al and RAG/Chatbots or Al document labelling etc would be hugely beneficial
Insurance domain experience for at least 1 would be great
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100, $125,000.90 per year
