STRUCTURAL PROJECT MANAGER – Boston, Philadelphia & Portland
Description:
This position will be for an established structural engineer capable of varying tasks of high technical complexity as well as working with established and new clients of all types. The candidate will work collaboratively with other designers in the office on project production including drawings, specifications, reports, analytical modeling and construction administration-phase activities . The position will require ability to mentor less-experienced engineers both in an in-person setting as well as remotely via video conferencing. Traditional project management skills are also preferred including proposals, QA/QC, contract review, invoicing, budgeting and staffing.
Qualifications:
Structural engineer (with professional registration, preferred) with 5 years minimum experience, quality detailed technical drawing and writing skills, responsive and clear communication, strong organizational skills, working knowledge of workplace and technical software such as BIM (Revit), Finite Element Software, MS Office. Emerging relationships with architects institutions, developers, construction managers and local public agencies are considered a strong benefit.

PROJECT STRUCTURAL ENGINEER – Boston & Philadelphia
Description:
This position will be for an emerging engineer capable of discrete tasks of varying technical complexity. The engineer will complete these tasks with mentoring and oversight to allow technical skills to develop while working independently and within a project team. The engineer will be tasked with communicating internally with other engineers and externally with clients and other industry professionals.
Qualifications:
Typically, an entry-level engineer with a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's Degree preferred), quality detailed technical writing and skills, responsive and clear communication, strong organizational skills, working knowledge of workplace and technical software such as BIM (Revit), Finite Element Software, MS Office. Work will be deployed in service of analytical modeling, 3-dimensional modeling, and timely completion of deliverables to realize exciting and complex design projects. Site visits to review existing buildings or to observe construction progress will be required at various project phases. record.

BUILDING ENCLOSURE CONSULTANT – Boston & Portland
Description:
This position will be for an early-career enclosure professional that will work on projects at various stages from conceptual design to construction administration, ensuring that all systems meet the highest standards of functionality, durability and sustainability. The consultant will be able to create and update drawings in Revit, write reports, and participate in various types of field work including inspections, testing and observations. The consultant will be tasked with communicating internally within the enclosure team and with other disciplines, as well as externally with clients and other industry professionals.
Qualifications:
This position is best suited for a candidate with at least two years of related experience, and holding a degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field; Master's Degree, professional licensure and/or enclosure-specific certifications are a plus. The consultant is preferred to have experience with drafting software (AutoCAD & Revit), energy modeling, moisture analysis and thermal performance assessments. Additional beneficial experience includes existing buildings, restoration and historic preservation, curtain wall assemblies, high-performance wall design and Passive House standards. The consultant should have a vehicle and be able to travel to job sites when required. The consultant must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
