CRH Healthcare, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in Georgia, Maryland, and Florida. CRH's centers are open seven days a week and provide walk-in care for injury, illness, minor emergencies, and family care to keep both parents and kids healthy.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, this role is pivotal in shaping and executing our HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a polished and professional individual with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, capable of contributing at technical, tactical, and strategic levels.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the VP of HR and leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a high-performance culture.
- Talent Management: Oversee full-cycle talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention strategies.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and compliance with all relevant labor laws.
- Compensation & Benefits: Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure the efficient operation of HR processes and systems, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Policy Development & Implementation: Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and support business objectives.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop or facilitate programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership.
- Presentation & Communication: Develop and deliver engaging presentations to various audiences, and produce clear, concise, and professional written communications.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Provide guidance and mentorship to HR team members, fostering their professional growth, and actively collaborate with all departments to build strong, cohesive working relationships across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with a strong command of all HR functions.
- Proven management experience, including leading or mentoring HR professionals.
- Exceptional technical HR knowledge, including expertise in employment law, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HRIS (Paycor experience a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at a tactical level, translating strategy into actionable plans and ensuring efficient execution.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to contribute to long-term HR planning and organizational development.
- Highly professional and polished demeanor, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Superior written communication skills, with a track record of producing clear, concise, and impactful documents.
- A highly collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all HR matters.
