Patient Concierge / Hygiene Coordinator Schedule:

Monday – Thursday | 8:15 AM – 4:30 PM

We're a high-end, fee-for-service general dental practice known for our amazing patients, close-knit team, and commitment to doing things right. Our office is upbeat, professional, and filled with people who genuinely love what they do.

What You'll Do

As our Patient Concierge / Hygiene Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our front office the first and last smile patients see each day. You'll:

  • Welcome and check in patients with warmth and confidence
  • Keep the hygiene schedule full and productive (you'll own it)
  • Verify insurance benefits like a pro
  • Take new patient calls and make a stellar first impression
  • Support your teammates to keep each day running seamlessly

What We're Looking For

You're someone who's:

  • Experienced (5+ years in a dental front office is a must)
  • A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
  • Reliable, upbeat, and great under pressure
  • Comfortable with technology and dental terminology

A clear communicator who connects easily with patients and teammates
