The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly experienced, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help expand our growing brand through strategic partnerships and referral networks. This individual will be responsible for building meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships that drive patient acquisition across all pillars of Inertia's offerings—concierge medicine, wellness optimization, and medical aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with physicians, salons, spas, tattoo studios, fitness and wellness centers, corporate employers, and other aligned businesses for referral and co-marketing opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on growing referral channels and lead conversion.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to design and implement co-branded campaigns, local events, and promotional materials that reflect Inertia's brand and service excellence.
- Represent Inertia at community and professional events, embodying the practice's values of wellness, integrity, and sophistication.
- Track, analyze, and report on referral performance and ROI metrics, optimizing strategies to increase conversion.
- Work independently and proactively, using strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills to drive measurable results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, physician liaison, or partnership management within concierge medicine, medical aesthetics, wellness, or luxury health industries.
- Established network of local relationships with physicians, salons, spas, fitness studios, or related partners strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads, convert partnerships into revenue, and grow brand presence in competitive markets.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Professional presence that reflects Inertia's commitment to health, wellness, and aesthetic excellence.
