The role you'll contribute: 

The Concierge team delivers on AdventHealth's promise to provide the highest quality welcome to all visitors, patients, families, and team members as they arrive to the facility. 

The value you'll bring to the team: 

·  Manages and oversees the daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
·  Collaborates with multi-disciplinary healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
·  Utilizes problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational and clinical issues.
·  Demonstrates leadership ability by guiding and motivating staff, fostering a positive work environment.
·  Works independently, making frequent decisions and judgments in clinical areas, while also collaborating as part of a team.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

·  High School Grad or Equiv
·  1+ years Work Experience
