As Director, National Sales – EG Convenience, you'll play a critical role in shaping strategies, fostering relationships, and driving sales in the convenience retail channel. This position offers an opportunity to steward some of the world's most iconic brands and bring them to life across diverse markets. We're searching for a passionate professional with a proven track record in national sales and relationship management to help us exceed expectations.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Collaborative Business Planning: Lead the development and execution of key partnership initiatives, category programs, and strategic business plans to drive mutual growth.

  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key customers by identifying strategic opportunities and solving customer challenges to promote product growth.

  • Account Management: Develop detailed Account Business Plans with specific goals, initiatives, actions, and support needs, including recommendations for new product offerings.

  • Relationships Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers—both internal and external—to ensure alignment and build trust.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with local bottling teams and distributor networks to drive sales capability, build effective stewardship processes, and align priorities.

  • Supply Chain Strategy: Design and activate direct supply chain initiatives to optimize efficiency in Coca-Cola North America's product supply operations and foodservice distributor networks.

  • Competitive Awareness: Stay informed of competitive activities within your geography, ensuring timely communication and strategic response to market trends.

  • Stewardship Leadership: Lead performance review sessions with distributors, measuring and evaluating progress against agreed-upon plans to ensure accountability.

  • Innovation Activation: Bring Coca-Cola North America's portfolio of category innovations (e.g., Freestyle, Tea, Refresh Servers, Juice & VEB brands) to life through distributors at both national and local levels.

  • Service Excellence: Identify and remove barriers to deliver exceptional customer service for distributor partners while championing operational improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in national sales, particularly in the beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industries.

  • Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead, prioritize, and execute complex projects while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.

  • Relationship Management: Extensive experience working with partners, suppliers, contractors, bottlers, and distributors; understanding third-party supplier dynamics and core competencies.

  • Supply Chain Expertise: Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including transportation management strategies (DPU, Intermodal, Over-the-Road carrier networks).

  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify opportunities, recommend innovative solutions, and drive towards win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.

We Can Do for You

  • Iconic & Innovative Brands: Be part of a company whose portfolio features over 250 globally loved products, including Coca-Cola, Simply, Fairlife, and Topo Chico.

  • Diverse Customers: Work with a broad array of customers—from retail and grocery chains to movie theatres, theme parks, convenience stores, and restaurants—making every day dynamic and impactful.

  • Career Progression: Join a company committed to your professional growth and development, where leading innovation and fostering relationships are always encouraged.

At Coca-Cola, the work you do matters—because we thrive on creating value for everyone we touch. Join us and help shape the future of our iconic brands.
