Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in St. Cloud, FL. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage production schedules and planning, and ensure efficient and effective production operations. Responsibilities include supervising production staff, maintaining production quality, and implementing safety protocols. The role also requires effective communication with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

  • Supervisory Skills and Experience in managing production teams
  • Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning
  • Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and other departments
  • Knowledge and experience in Production Management
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Experience in the construction or landscaping industry is a plus
