As our Social Media Project Manager, you'll architect the systems and processes that enable our team to showcase how we're shaping the future of wealth management. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Operations: Operationalize our social media ecosystem by managing the global content calendar, scheduling content across platforms, URL creation, enhancing tagging structures, and implementing efficient tracking systems.

  • Project & Resource Management: Guide social initiatives from brief creation through execution, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate ad hoc publishing requests while ensuring our team has the capacity to deliver excellence.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for internal teams and partners, representing Social Media team across the firm. Partner with stakeholders to streamline workflows and align with LPL's strategic initiatives.

  • Process Development & Governance: Create and maintain comprehensive playbooks, establish governance policies, and develop training materials that enable our team to operate efficiently.

  • Platform & Innovation Management: Lead the evaluation and optimization of our social media tools while collaborating with platform partners and vendors to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in social media operations and/or project management.

  • Excellence in project management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and management tools, with experience in platforms like Sprout Social and project management tools like Smartsheet

  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and vendor relations, including technology evaluation and implementation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills for creating compelling presentations and regular use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Pay Range:

$83,600-$139,400/year
 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
