Role Overview

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who blends creative production with marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who can turn jobsite activity into engaging stories while managing a consistent content pipeline across multiple platforms.

You'll work closely with our Growth Director and leadership team to plan, produce, and publish content that drives leads through our digital funnel — from social media to Yelp, Google Business, and our website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a content calendar for all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, Yelp, Google Business Profile).
  • Create, edit, and post visual and written content — including videos, photos, graphics, and captions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Coordinate content shoots with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Design marketing materials for digital and print (flyers, posts, presentations, etc.).
  • Update and manage website content, ensuring alignment with active projects and campaigns.
  • Track analytics and performance to optimize growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Director on campaign planning, ad spend, and SEO efforts.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content management.
  • Strong portfolio of visual and written work (required).
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • Experience managing website content (WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace).
  • Excellent copywriting, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of digital marketing funnels and audience engagement.

Preferred Skills

  • Video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager.
  • Interest in design, construction, or architecture.
