Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time position 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM Monday through Friday for a dedicated and detail-oriented carpet, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning technician. You will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. Must be able to speak and understand English, and also have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

  • Perform carpet, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning using various techniques and equipment, including steam cleaning and dry cleaning methods.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to determine the best cleaning approach based on fabric type and condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about services performed and any additional recommendations.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional results are required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal hygiene is extremely important to maintain a good impression to the clients and respect to the people you work with.
