Drain Mechanics Plumbing & Septic, Brevard's preferred plumbing and septic provider, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse Team. The Warehouse Associate will assist with receiving and stocking incoming product, including packing orders for job sites and maintaining inventory records. Responsibilities will also include operating the forklift to assist in unloading trucks and moving trailers, as well as keeping the warehouse and property clean and organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and stocking: Unloading incoming shipments, inspecting products, and storing them in the correct locations.
  • Order fulfillment: Picking items from shelves to fill customer orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for pick-up.
  • Shipping: Loading completed orders onto trucks and ensuring they are sent out in a timely manner.
  • Inventory management: Performing cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory records and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Equipment operation: Safely operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials and trailers.
  • Safety and maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free, and following all safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be willing to work as a team
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Knowledge of plumbing materials and fixtures
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Must be dependable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
