Overview
Clients Services is redefining the guest experience by bringing premium in-home services directly to customers. The service offers 10 categories (chefs, photography, massage, personal training, nails, etc.) across 260 cities, with new offerings and locations regularly added in the Clients app.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
Identify and connect with potential hosts or service providers through online research, cold calling, community engagement, and local networking. - Sales Pitches:
Deliver persuasive in-person conversations to showcase Clients Services and its offerings, effectively converting interest into sign-ups. - Onboarding:
Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate the initial onboarding of new providers, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped for success. - Market Insights:
Gather valuable insights from potential providers and the community to inform sales strategies and improve service offerings.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or community engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; comfortable with cold calling and initiating conversations in various formats.
- Curious and proactive mindset with eagerness to identify new tactics to source and close leads.
- Ability to learn about and connect with local communities.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple conversations and leads across platforms.
- Clear and positive communicator, both verbally and in writing, with an authentic voice.
- Passionate about creating belonging and economic opportunity for service providers.
- Familiarity with social platforms (Facebook Groups, Reddit, Nextdoor) for community engagement and lead generation.
- Experience with small business owners, service providers, or side hustlers is a plus.
- Based in Los Angeles with deep local knowledge of the market and its service offerings.
