Position Summary

Doo Financial is a U.S. registered broker dealer is seeking an organized, execution-driven Company Operator to oversee daily business operations, coordinate internal and external teams, and ensure smooth execution across ongoing projects. The Company Operator will work closely with senior management to translate strategic goals into operational plans and drive results across multiple business units operating both in. U.S. and Asia.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in multitasking, with a proven ability to run operations in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management

  • Oversee and coordinate all daily business operations across departments.
  • Manage workflows, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure timely execution.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement efficient processes and SOPs.

2. Project Execution & Coordination

  • Drive execution of project launches, marketing campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (management members, ECM, compliance) and external partners.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule with high quality.

3. Business Administration

  • Support budgeting, invoice tracking, payments, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Maintain corporate documents, licenses, compliance files, and company records.
  • Assist with HR tasks including onboarding, scheduling, and coordination of part-time staff.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Build dashboards or weekly reports for KPIs, sales performance, marketing results, project progress, etc.
  • Provide management with insights and recommendations for operational improvement.

5. Client & Partner Management

  • Engage with customers, business partners, and stakeholders professionally.
  • Support client onboarding, operational inquiries, and relationship maintenance.

6. Operational Strategy & Optimization

  • Work with management to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Introduce new systems, tools, and automation to reduce manual workload.
  • Participate in strategic planning for new business lines or market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, finance, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in operations, investment banking, consulting, or startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient with operational tools: Excel/Sheets, task-management systems (Notion/Trello/Asana), CRM, simple accounting systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a fluid, dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in investment banking, or services-driven businesses.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch problems early.
  • Passion for building processes, improving efficiency, and supporting company growth.
  • Bilingual ability (English + Chinese) is a strong advantage.
