Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Identify new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and industry research
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and retention
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including B2B sales efforts
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities
  • Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits tailored to client needs
  • Conduct analysis of client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Lead presentations and meetings with clients to demonstrate solutions and foster long-term partnerships
  • Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitive landscape

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively
