Position Overview
Zeppa's is seeking an organized, professional Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee renewals, and support new sales opportunities from warm leads. This role is focused on communication, follow-up, and execution — not cold calling.
Account Managers play a key role in maintaining long-term client relationships while helping grow revenue through proactive service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Handle warm leads and client inquiries
- Oversee renewals for recurring services
- Conduct site visits and assess client needs
- Prepare and present proposals
- Follow up consistently to close opportunities
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth handoffs
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity in CRM
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, sales, or client service preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and follow-through focused
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
- CRM experience preferred
- Professional demeanor with high-end clients
