The responsibilities of the Shipping & Receiving Lead include but are not limited to, being a positive member of the NTSAL leadership team, being an active participant in developing teammates within our culture, receiving of incoming raw and outside customer materials. This position will be coordinating efficient material flow and movement throughout the following departments: Hardware/Arms, Light Bay, Heavy Bay, Galvanizing, Blast, and Paint. They will effectively communicate with each department and outside customers as it relates to production, shipping and receiving. This position would ensure blast and coated products of the highest quality. The Shipping and Receiving Lead will be operating and training others on various pieces of material handling equipment including: Hyster, Combi-lift, Overhead Crane, and Yard Spotter trucks.  Additional responsibilities will include filling in for other positions, and for the Supervisor, as necessary.

1. Competent with Microsoft Office software programs.

2. Minimum 6 months' experience in steel manufacturing.

1. Previous Leadership experience.

2. Previous Greenfield experience is a plus.

3. Previous Shipping and Receiving experience.

3. D365 or ERP system experience.
