About Us:

We are an established freight brokerage specializing in all modes of transportation OTR. We're looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives on the phone and can generate new business through consistent outreach and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential shippers daily

Follow up on warm leads and inbound inquiries

Qualify prospects and gather shipping requirements (lanes, volumes, commodities, etc.)

Maintain accurate notes and activity logs in CRM/spreadsheet

Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met

Meet or exceed weekly call and lead goals

Qualifications:

Prior sales experience (freight, logistics, or transportation preferred but not required)

Excellent phone communication and persistence

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Comfortable working from a call list and tracking daily performance

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Compensation:

Base pay + Commission (based on loads or accounts closed)
