Lennox Industries is a manufacturer and distributor of equipment within the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. We are guided by our core values of Integrity, Respect, and Excellence. We have an opening for a Digital Business Analyst III.
This person will play a crucial role in supporting key digital products across B2B ecommerce and other areas. The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding desired features, developing effective user stories, being a bridge across teammates, and conducting robust testing. This role requires cross functional partnership, ability to drive clarity, and technical fluency to drive high impact digital solutions.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different areas for the development of requirements documents, data models, and process flow diagrams
- Build and maintain requirements repositories, data documents, and process flow diagrams. Define functional and non-functional detailed requirements
- Develop test cases and execute robust testing of new functionality as well as verify existing functionality performs as expected
- Ability to intake many pieces of data in different forms and clearly understand insights, functionality, and issues from this far-reaching data
- Ability to interact in a positive, collaborative, and constructive manner.
- Maintain high level of attention to detail with proven analysis skills to identify, synthesize, and analyze requirements
- Communicate effectively technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Lead cross functional meetings and drive team alignment on business processes with many stakeholders

What We Are Looking For:

- 5+ years as a business analyst, project manager, product owner, or relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, etc.) or combination of experience and education.
- Experience in both agile and waterfall technology delivery
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing quality
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Adept at discussing technical concepts
- Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with these technologies is a plus: SAP, Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics
- Familiarity with ecommerce is a plus.
What We Offer:
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $95,200 - $124,950 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.
Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.
Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
