We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in network data intelligence to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze large-scale network data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve network performance, security, and customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives related to network performance, security, and analytics.
    • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and technical specifications.
  • Data Analysis & Intelligence
    • Analyze network traffic data, logs, and KPIs to identify patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
    • Work with data engineering teams to define data models and pipelines for network intelligence.
  • Reporting & Visualization
    • Design and deliver dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Provide insights on network utilization, latency, outages, and capacity planning.
  • Process Improvement
    • Recommend improvements in network monitoring, incident response, and data governance.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as a liaison between network operations, data teams, and business units.
    • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format.
Requirements

Education & Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years' experience in the IT industry.
