Your Role

As the Property Manager, you'll serve as the face of the community—overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure a seamless resident experience and exceptional property performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Operations & Resident Care

• Oversee daily community operations while fostering a welcoming, resident-focused environment.
• Address resident inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and motivate leasing and maintenance teams to achieve performance goals.
• Encourage professional growth, teamwork, and a culture of service excellence.

Financial Management

• Develop, implement, and manage operating budgets.
• Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and optimize revenue through occupancy and retention strategies.

Leasing & Marketing

• Direct and oversee all leasing activities to maximize occupancy.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing and outreach initiatives to attract and retain residents.

Maintenance Oversight

• Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate maintenance operations.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and curb appeal standards are consistently maintained.

Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Oversee contract performance to ensure efficient and cost-effective services.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws, local regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare timely operational and financial reports.

Market Awareness

• Stay informed on local market trends, competitor communities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years of proven success in property management, preferably in multifamily communities.
• Leadership: A collaborative, hands-on leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Adaptability: Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Experience with property management systems such as AppFolio, Property Matrix, Knock, or Findigs.
• Asset Class Experience: Prior experience managing Class C assets is a plus.

Compensation & Growth

• Salary Range: $65,000–$72,000 annually (based on experience).
