Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Contents Restoration Field Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and making a real difference for customers in their time of need. You'll assist with packing, moving, cleaning, and restoring personal items and furnishings both in the field and in our facility.

Key Responsibilities

Pack, wrap, and transport household and commercial contents from job sites.

Move and lift furniture and boxes (up to 75 lbs) safely and efficiently.

Assist with the cleaning, inventorying, and restoration of personal effects.

Load and unload trucks and maintain cleanliness of vehicles and job sites.

Follow detailed restoration procedures and quality standards.

Work closely with team members to ensure smooth project flow.

Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Must pass a background check.

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs regularly.

Comfortable climbing stairs and working in varied environments.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn restoration industry skills.

Preferred but Not Required

Experience in moving, restoration, cleaning, or construction.

IICRC certifications (Contents Processing Technician, Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician, etc.).
