Your Role: As our Reconstruction Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our restoration projects, overseeing every detail of the reconstruction phase - from start to finish. Your daily activities will include:

  • Planning & Organizing: Lead the charge on reconstruction work for water, fire, smoke, mold, and biohazard restoration projects.
  • Supervising & Leading: Manage resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Relations: Work closely with customers, from their initial property inspection all the way through the final steps of our process, to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Documentation: Utilize estimating software, particularly Xactimate, along with other industry-specific systems to track production data and maintain records.
  • Safety Focus: Follow our STOP systems daily to achieve the desired outcomes and ensure safety.

What We're Looking For:

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication abilities for effective collaboration with staff, industry professionals, and clients.
  • Experience handling challenging situations and clients with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and proficiency in documentation systems.
  • Ability to handle complex jobs in all phases of the restoration process. This would include inspecting the property, selling our services to customers, executing appropriate project paperwork, guiding technicians to perform necessary restoration work, constant communication with property owner, finalizing the appropriate documentation for the project, ensuring invoicing accuracy and communication with the party responsible for payments.
  • Ability to find and grow an amazing list of impeccably qualified subcontractors.
  • Industry certifications (IICRC, etc.) are a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Must have 3 or more years in the property restoration industry.
  • Must have proficiency in Xactimate software
