We're Hiring for an Electrical Estimator – NW Houston | Family-Owned Electrical Contractor
Location: Northwest Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000/year + Bonuses 2x/year
Job Type: Full-time | Primarily In-Office | Light Site Visits

We are hiring on behalf of a well-established, family-owned electrical contractor based in Northwest Houston.

They are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator who can handle multiple smaller projects at once and thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and supportive environment.

Position Highlights:

  • Estimate and manage 5–6 smaller jobs at a time
  • Project sizes range from $1,000 to $100,000
  • Work is primarily in-office, with occasional job site visits
  • Use Accubid to generate accurate takeoffs and bids
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams

Project Types Include:

  • Ground-up commercial and residential
  • Office build-outs, medical/healthcare facilities
  • Corporate interiors and special projects
  • No industrial work

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in electrical estimating
  • Proficient with Accubid
  • Strong blueprint reading and takeoff skills
  • Familiar with NEC and Houston-area codes
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple jobs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
