Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience with number porting, call routing, voicemail management, and reporting with Amazon Connect
  • Proven experience integrating CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in Python, , or Java. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and customer analytics.
  • Previous experience going from SyncGlobal to Amazon Connect

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AWS Developer with hands-on experience integrating and managing CRM platforms—preferably Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-based solutions that enhance our customer engagement and operational efficiency.

  • Design and implement AWS-based applications and services to support CRM workflows and data pipelines.
  • Develop APIs and microservices for seamless integration between AWS infrastructure and CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Optimize cloud architecture for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud-based applications and integrations.
  • Document technical processes and provide support for internal teams.
