About the Role:

The role will support the Senior Leadership team in overseeing the financial performance of a multifamily real estate portfolio. This role will be responsible for analyzing property performance, preparing financial reports, assisting with budget development, and providing decision-making support to senior management and ownership groups. The analyst will play a key role in optimizing asset value and ensuring strong financial returns across the portfolio. This role involves data analysis, financial modeling, reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making to maximize portfolio returns and mitigate risk.

What You Bring: (Requirements)

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 1–3 of experience in real estate, finance, or investment analysis; internship experience in real estate or investment banking may be considered. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (Argus a plus). Proficient in PowerPoint and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar preferred). Understanding of real estate fundamentals, investment principles, and valuation methodologies. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

What You'll Do: (Responsibilities)

Assist in monitoring and evaluating the performance of multifamily real estate assets within the portfolio, using financial and operational metrics. Support budgeting, reforecasting, and valuation processes in coordination with Asset Management, Development, and Accounting teams. Prepare summaries, benchmarking, and variance analysis. Analyze market trends and portfolio risk exposure to help inform strategic decisions. Maintain and enhance internal dashboards and portfolio analytics tools. Assist with annual budgeting and reforecasting processes for assigned properties. Support due diligence efforts for acquisitions, refinancing, and dispositions. Work closely with property management teams to identify operational efficiencies.
