Make an Impact As our Capital Improvements Project Manager, you will oversee a variety of capital projects that enhance the value, longevity, and performance of our apartment communities. This role is hands-on, highly visible, and essential to supporting our operations across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. What You'll Do
  • Lead the RFP process, including scope development, bidding, and contractor selection
  • Build and manage strong vendor and contractor relationships
  • Oversee capital projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality workmanship, budget alignment, and timely execution
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and Executive Leadership to ensure project priorities align with property and company goals
  • Travel throughout TX, OK, and KS to evaluate property needs and provide on-site project oversight
