What You'll Be Doing
Operational Leadership: Oversee all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations, exceptional service, and adherence to Marriott brand standards.
Financial Stewardship: Own the P&L. Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and drive profitability through strong revenue, labor, and cost controls.
Guest Satisfaction Champion: Foster a service-driven culture where every guest feels valued. Address guest concerns, track GSS results, and lead initiatives that elevate the guest experience.
Team Builder & Coach: Recruit, hire, and develop a talented hotel team. Provide coaching, training, and motivation to build future leaders and maintain a positive, high-performance culture.
Sales & Revenue Driver: Partner with sales and revenue teams to maximize every revenue opportunity. Optimize rates, manage channels, and grow market share.
Brand Ambassador: Ensure full compliance, audits, and systems. Represent the hotel with professionalism, pride, and an unwavering commitment..
Community Connector: Actively build relationships with local businesses, civic organizations, and community partners to strengthen the hotel's visibility and drive local business.
Hands-On Support: Lead from the front—whether walking rooms, assisting with the front desk, or supporting back-of-house teams—whatever it takes to deliver consistency and quality.
What You Bring to the Role
Proven Leadership: Minimum of five years of hotel operations experience, including at least three years in a management or supervisory role.
Business Acumen: A strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, revenue strategy, and driving financial results.
Guest-Driven Mindset: You're passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and elevating service culture.
Problem-Solving Strength: Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and confident in decision-making.
Flexibility & Drive: Availability to support a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays when needed. Willingness to lead by example and put in the time required for success.

A Typical Day Might Look Like This
- Start your morning reviewing performance metrics, STR, and daily reports.
- Walk the hotel to check on cleanliness, product quality, and brand compliance.
- Connect with department leaders to align priorities and address challenges.
- Strategize with the sales/revenue team on rate opportunities and upcoming business.
- Jump in during peak check-in/check-out times to support the front desk.
- Lead a staff meeting, celebrate wins, and provide team coaching.
- Review and approve financials, labor reports, and operational needs.
- End the day knowing you strengthened your team, your guest experience, and your hotel's success.
