Position Overview:
The Sales Representative – ITSM/EX SaaS Solutions will be responsible for driving sales growth in the NA market by promoting and selling leading IT Service Management (ITSM) and Employee Experience (EX) products such as Freshservice, Atomicwork, and Halo. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who excels at identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of software/SaaS sales experience, deep knowledge of ITSM or EX platforms, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, technical acumen, and the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in the ITSM/EX space, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT Managers, CIOs, and department heads.
- Conduct detailed discovery calls and in-depth needs analysis to understand client business challenges.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and demos of platforms such as Freshservice, Atomicwork, and Halo.
- Prepare, negotiate, and close sales proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and manage an efficient sales pipeline in Hubspot / Zoho CRM.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for software and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product enhancements.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align solutions with client needs and refine strategy.
- Provide high-level post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential upselling opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of proven experience in selling software/SaaS, preferably ITSM/EX products to US-based clients.
- Demonstrated success managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and post-sales support.
- Strong understanding of solution-based and consultative selling for SaaS products.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to present to C-level executives and technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with ITSM or employee experience platforms (Freshservice, Atomicwork, Halo, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Understanding of SaaS pricing models, technical integrations, and customer success dynamics.
- Experience with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
- Prior experience selling to mid-market or enterprise US customers.
