Territory Sales Representative
to join our growing team and drive new business in the local community.

Role Overview:

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be the face of American Dream Home Remodeling in your assigned area. You'll connect with homeowners, provide expert guidance, and help them transform their homes with our services. Your goal is to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound outreach.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present remodeling solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the operations and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Track sales activity and results in the CRM system.
  • Represent American Dream Home Remodeling professionally in your territory.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable presenting and selling in a consultative environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments efficiently.
