We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused
Account Manager
to join our client, a leading global financial services firm. This role involves providing exceptional support to participants and assisting with a range of benefit programs, including HSA, Flex, and COBRA. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and is comfortable handling both inbound and outbound participant interactions.

Schedule:
9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound and outbound support to participants regarding their accounts.
  • Answer questions and guide participants on HSA, Flex, and COBRA programs.
  • Assist participants with online tools and self-service portals.
  • Perform mailing and transactional tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of participant interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive participant information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in benefits administration or financial services preferred, but not required.
