Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in person to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Assist customers in navigating our offerings by offering tailored solutions that meet their needs while promoting additional products or services when appropriate. .
  • Support clients by processing transactions such as cash handling and account updates efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless client support and continuous improvement of service standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales techniques, product knowledge, and technical skills related to customer support.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly across various channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail during data entry and/or cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication etiquette coupled with professional demeanor during all interactions with clients.
  • Sales experience or aptitude for upselling products/services is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Analysis skills that enable you to interpret customer feedback and operational data for continuous improvement.
