Finance and Controlling Manager

This position is responsible for managing the financial administration of the Company.
- Ensure strong internal controls are in place and operating effectively regarding the Company financial, treasury and other functions
- Responsible for timely and accurate monthly and year-end financial reporting
- Analyze monthly financial and operating results and recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance
- Ensure all general ledger accounts are reconciled to the financial statements and sub ledger reconciliations each month
- Act as a liaison with outside accounting firm selected to assist in preparation of the annual financial audit and corporate tax returns
- Partner with Human Resources for Payroll related processes, such as tax withholdings, benefit and 401K withholdings.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate product cost data, including wage rates, overhead rates, direct material and labor standards, correct application of other production cost
- Manage all accounting/finance functions including AR, AP, capex management, budgeting, monthly close, and others as assigned.
- Establish and maintain an effective cost center structure.
- Approve/reject PRs based on company's policy and advise the operations team on Cost Centers and GL.
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Prepare financial forecasts and projections in accordance with H&T Group requirements.
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Assist and support the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purpose.
- Support Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations to the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team
Requirements:
- Communicates within the department staff and with all levels throughout each department within the company, also communicates with the corporate office personnel and individuals outside the company.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to set priorities and ask for assistance in handling conflicting priorities, as well as reprioritize tasks when new information is received.
- Ability to work in a fast pasted, deadline oriented environment.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Very high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of Syteline preferred.
- Knowledge of BNA Fixed Asset software and Lotus Notes are a plus.
