Description: Up to 28 hours per week during the school year. Other Para hours may be available.
Paraprofessionals work as a team member with students of diverse abilities in our 3 and 4 year old special education classrooms. We are seeking highly skilled praeducators to work in early intervention with a diverse student group with a range of needs. Classrooms will run Tuesday-Friday with 18 students per teacher/para partnership. Looking for candidates with the ability to be flexible and open to developing new skills. Paraprofessionals are vital team members for small group lessons and individual instruction, playground supervision, communication support, support with toileting, and supporting behaviors.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Previous experience working with students with disabilities and multi-lingual students is preferred.
