Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing dynamic marketing and sales campaigns designed to generate customer acquisition.

  • Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to brainstorm innovative campaign ideas, ensuring fresh and compelling customer outreach strategies.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers and supporters while representing our clients' missions, values, and services.
  • Guide new customers through the registration and onboarding process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Share success stories and distribute promotional materials at various events.
  • Track and report on marketing and sales performance metrics to help improve future campaigns.
  • Ensure a memorable and positive experience for event attendees and prospects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation (this is an on-site role in Birmingham, Al)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, driven attitude with leadership potential
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or restaurant work is a plus but not required—we welcome go-getters from all backgrounds
