Join a unique team that combines technology, training, and adventure. We're looking for a motivated, energetic individual to assist the owner of multiple businesses:

  • ComputerSoft – Employment & income verification software
  • NasOut – Firearm services
  • Scuba Now – Scuba diving training, retail, and operations at our

Commercial Pool & Retail Center: 5318 Wrightsville Ave, Wilmington, NC

30-Acre Scuba Lake: 4427 Todd Rd SW, Shallotte, NC (spring-fed, 40 ft deep)

About the Role

If you love talking to people, technology, and being underwater, this is the role for you

You'll help manage day-to-day operations across our companies, support dive students, and assist with software and retail projects. This is a hands-on, active, and rewarding position with opportunities for training and certification.

Schedule

Off Season (before May 15, 2026)

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Dive Season (May 15 – Oct 30, 2026)

  • Add Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Classes run 2–3 weekends per month + weekday afternoons (attendance required)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the owner with administrative and operational tasks across all businesses
  • Handle employment verification calls and inquiries (ComputerSoft)
  • Support scuba classes and student gear setup (Scuba Now)
  • Fill and load scuba tanks, maintain dive gear, and manage lake/pool operations
  • Help customers in-store and maintain retail displays
  • Conduct fun product demos and support social media engagement
  • Learn and use modern software tools and retail systems
  • Provide excellent customer service by phone and in person

Requirements

  • Strong swimming ability (college swim team or triathlete preferred)
  • Comfortable diving or willing to train to Divemaster level
  • Ability to lift 90 lbs
  • Excellent communication and reliability
  • Passion for learning, teamwork, and the outdoors
