We are seeking a seasoned Technical Specialist with deep expertise in OpenLink RightAngle to join a high-performing team supporting energy trading and risk management operations. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience with RightAngle development and support, strong technical proficiency in .NET and SQL, and a solid understanding of commodity trading, deal lifecycle processes, and financial interface development.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives troubleshooting complex system issues, managing daily financial and data feeds, and building robust interfaces from the ground up. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in development and support on OpenLink RightAngle .Net
  • Expertise in SQL Server scripts, stored procedures, and T-SQL
  • Experience developing RightAngle customizations using .NET (C#), SSIS, and Web Services
  • Strong understanding of commodity trading and risk management (ETRM)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within RightAngle (S14 or higher preferred)
  • Experience writing interfaces between RightAngle with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
  • Experience ingesting pricing/data feeds from sources like Bloomberg, OPIS, Argus, Platts, and DTN
  • Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support for RightAngle, including inbound/outbound interfaces and daily operations
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely solutions
  • Lead or support the design, development, and maintenance of custom RightAngle enhancements
  • Build new interfaces between RightAngle and ERP platforms for financial transaction processing
  • Develop tools to ingest and manage pricing data feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, OPIS, Platts)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Document technical designs, test plans, key decisions, and risk assessments
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings with business and technical teams
  • Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and ongoing compliance with internal standards
