CRM Technical Support Specialist

An education company is looking for a CRM Technical Support Specialist. This is a fully remote contract position, The CRM Technical Support Specialist will provide hands-on support for CRM data architecture, integrations, and backend processes to optimize their internal CRM platform. They will troubleshoot data issues, maintain ETL pipelines, and ensure data integrity across systems. Additionally, this specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend design solutions, and deliver technical support to users with varying levels of CRM proficiency.

Hourly Rate:
$40-45/hr

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-3+ years of experience in CRM technical support, data architecture, and backend integrations.
  • Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing
  • Experience with ETL pipelines: Python preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Cloud experience: AWS
  • Experience with Creatio (Migration, Automation, or backend schema)
