Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Upscale casual dining settings, showcasing exceptional guest service skills and a passion for the culinary arts. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, utilizing strong sales skills to recommend menu items.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen area, including tables, utensils, and service stations and restrooms.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of food items.

Skills

  • Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred.
  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
  • Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills to manage transactions effectively.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help others contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
