Why does the job exist?
The Program Manager / CCBHC Program Coordinator will:
Ensure the effective planning, implementation, and oversight of the CCBHC model within the Health Care Authority (HCA);
Be responsible for adhering to federal and state CCBHC guidelines, aligning service delivery within the program's goals, and coordinating care across the department and community partners.
How does it get done?
The Program Manager / CCBHC Program Coordinator is responsible for:
Assisting the CCBHC staff manager in overseeing project budgets, contracts, operations, including coordination of program initiatives;
Establishment of protocols for implementation;
Maintaining positive relationships and collection with other state agencies, providers, and other program partners;
Participating in strategic planning and long-term sustainability goals for the life of the program;
Assisting with leading the project steering committee meetings, site-visits and analyzing scopes of work to ensure that internal controls are in place.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of professional level experience with a tactical impact directly related to the purpose of the position defined by the agency at the time of recruitment. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual, Video Display Terminal( VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some sitting, standing, being and reaching may be required.
