Why does the job exist?
The Supervisor, Program Management will:
Serve as the Communication and Education Bureau (CEB) Deputy Bureau Chief to provide oversight, leadership, problem resolution, and training to the CEB Staff.
How does it get done?
The Supervisor, Program Management is responsible for:
Developing goals, directing activities and allocating resources;
Leading staff and bureau projects;
Participating and oversight with outreach events, public education presentations, and training activities;
Assisting with the development of all forms of materials (print, web, digital) needed for these activities and ensuring that such materials are current;
Oversight of CEB program initiatives including Medicaid enrollment, outreach, and the Turquoise Rewards programs.
Who are the customers?
Medicaid clients, providers, staff, stakeholders and other divisions/agencies.

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited college or university and six (6) years of professional level experience with a tactical impact directly related to the purpose of the position defined by the agency at the time of recruitment. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling ten (10) years may substitute for the required education and experience
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
Must obtain and maintain a Defensive Driving certification.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some sitting, standing, bending and reaching may be required.
