Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with open availability between the hours of 9am and 11pm to work a minimum of 3 weekdays and one weekend day totaling 24-28 hours per week to join our team. This role is essential for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist customers with stock inquiries and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in retail sales activities, promoting products and services effectively.
  • Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems for transaction processing.
  • Strong understanding of retail math concepts to assist in inventory tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
