What You'll Do

• Lead the Pre-Litigation Team: Mentor case managers, assign cases, monitor progress, and build an environment of accountability and excellence.
• Negotiate Like a Pro: Take over post-demand offers, manage high-value or VIP files, and finalize settlements that align with client needs and firm goals.
• Own Escalations: Handle complex or sensitive client matters with clarity, compassion, and confidence — in both English and Spanish.
• Streamline Operations: Oversee everything from case intake to treatment coordination, records collection, demand prep, and lien negotiations.
• Collaborate with Litigation: Ensure clean hand-offs of unresolved cases to the litigation team.
• Drive Metrics: Ensure files are disbursed within 10 days, track KPIs, and constantly look for ways to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Carry a Strategic Caseload: Handle 10–15 niche or VIP cases that require senior-level expertise.
• Innovate & Improve: Spot process gaps, refine SOPs, and work with leadership to drive smart, scalable growth.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in PI pre-lit case management and some exposure to team supervision or mentoring.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish): Confident handling negotiations and escalations in both languages.
• Negotiation Excellence: You know how to manage client expectations, deal with liens, and drive results.
• Leadership Mindset: You treat the department like it's your own, lead by example, and raise the bar for others.
• Organization Obsessed: You thrive on structure, deadlines, and detailed reporting.
• Tech Fluent: You're comfortable with Clio, Outlook, e-signature platforms, and case management tools.

Pay: $70, $80,000.00 per year
