Job Summary:

Flawless Cleaning Services Brevard LLC is seeking a dependable, hands-on Operations Trainer/Supervisor to support our 24/7 cleaning operation. This role is responsible for training new cleaners and subcontractors, performing quality checks, and ensuring all locations meet Flawless Cleaning standards.

Candidates must be able to work both morning and evening shifts depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required only when needed for special projects or support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise new cleaners and subcontractors on cleaning procedures and company standards
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks
  • Coach team members and provide corrective guidance when needed
  • Assist with onboarding (documents, expectations, SOP training)
  • Retrain staff when service issues or complaints arise
  • Support operations with coverage needs and field coordination
  • Ensure proper use of supplies, chemicals, and equipment
  • Assist with new contract launches, walkthroughs, and setup
  • Communicate field issues, updates, and client feedback to management
  • Complete reports, inspection notes, and training documentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Operations or the CEO

Qualifications:

  • Cleaning/janitorial experience required
  • Prior supervisor, lead, or trainer experience strongly preferred
  • Must be willing to work both morning and evening shifts
  • Weekend availability as needed
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation for multiple site visits
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
