Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support paint and prep teams during assigned shifts, ensuring consistent, high-quality workmanship.
  • Manage production schedules to meet deadlines and maintain overall operational efficiency.
  • Enforce OSHA/EPA regulations, safety protocols, and company procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets client and industry standards.
  • Provide hands-on assistance with prep, masking, priming, and painting tasks when needed.
  • Train, mentor, and guide technicians while completing shift reports, roll calls, and documentation for transparency and workflow tracking.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of
    2 years of supervisory or lead experience
    in aviation or aerospace.
  • Strong understanding of
    aircraft painting processes
    .
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and manage workflow effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to support team performance.
  • Ability to work safely with
    PPE
    in aircraft environments, including at heights and in confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in
    corporate aviation
    or
    MRO facilities
    .
  • Certifications in
    aircraft painting or refinishing
